When John Muonio started Wapiti, he had been working as a municipal fleet mechanic for over 15 years and was also helping maintain the fleet of a local construction company. In those positions, he saw a greater need than just good mechanic work; organizations needed a better fleet maintenance experience and somebody they could trust as much as their own internal resources. It's about the customer experience and long lasting relationships.
